When organizing my cellar i found 6  bottles of the wines i used to taste previously 12 bottles. Was really interested if still drinkable and was shocked how fresh the wine tastes. On blind would never guess 07 vintage. True is that upon unscrewing there is like a pop element when the seal inside the screw cap is almost sticking to the bottle, which I do not experience in CZ wines under screw cap. Check the previous tastings.

Found 2 bottles of this wine in the cellar. I tasted it for the first time 5 years ago in February 2010. The wine holds very good, no signs of oxidation, but also no big wine either. Slightly less aroma I would expect from the variety. Regular Viognier for a good price.
