It reminds me a bit of Mosela in the nose, where you can get sweet tones, but the taste is given 2010 specifically difficult vintage very different. Although it has residual sugar and lower alcohol making it reminiscent of Mosela Riesling, it has very high acidity, which is makes it very interesting and this being testing bottle I would for sure try to get couple more to check the aging potential, which should be due to higher sugar and acidity very good.

Víno Mikulov Sommelier Club Ryzlink Rýnský 2008 pozdní sběr

Vintage: 200á
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Color: straw yellow
Bouquet: honey, herbs, dry orange peel, quite expressive
Taste: medium body, good structure in the mouth with excellent balance between acidity, minerality and bottle age, similar to taste dominant is canned citrus peel with honey, touch of spices in the mid palate with persistent lime and citrus finish, which is slightly longer
Recommended food pairing: pork schnitzel
Overall score: 86
Price: CZK 180

Very good properly aged Riesling, although classified as dry I would assume that this is due to high acidity as it seems to me slight residual sugar around 7g is there, which makes it perfect and helped together with the acidity the aging process.

Last bottle, most likely peaking at this point, it is less flowery as previous tastings of the same bottle noted in my blog, but still excellent structure of the fruit and minerality. Although it has quite high alcohol given the hot 2006 vintage, it does not burn in in the nose or stand out. Notes are similar to my April 2012 tasting notes here.

Compared to Gruner Veltliner tasted 30 minutes before it is very visible that 2011 hot climate is much more suitable for Chardonnay variety than GV. This is very nicely done chard, very full but with minerality in it, which is not making it dull. Different from 2010 vintage tasted here.

Interesting Veltliner, I like the fact that is dry and not semi dry considering hot 2011 vintage, but the vintage is very noticeable as it lacks a bit of acidity. Women would love it and this would be excellent summer BBQ wine.

It is my 3rd bottleof this wine and it finished so quickly. Fantastic wine! if I compare it to my tasting notes from last year here, it is much nicer and got very good complexity over the year! the only difference is that this one was stored from last May in wine fridge.
