For me this was quite dissapointment. Considering the wine is in the National Wine Cellar it is rather basic and for sure corresponding to its price, no surprise is happening. I remember 11 vintage tasted in May 2013 to be better.

Dry Pálava with quite high acidity, vintage is not stated, but I would guess 2013 as it was quite difficult and whites had this crispy acidity, here in this wine slight residual sugar would be appreciated as it does suit the variety.

This is the ultimate pick for me in this price range. 2014 was extremely difficult vintage. Lots of rain and diseases, very low production, but this Chard is amazing, Very very expressive nose, the grapes for sure must have had the botrytis. Had excellent experience with their 2013 vintage, which I bought a case and this would deserve the case to be purchased as well. It would age fantastically.

Crispy and zesty style of Chardonnay. This row made for Tesco used to be properly labeled with the vintage and vineyard before. See this Chardonnay 2011. I do not know whether it is the push for low prices or just strategy not to label them, but this wine lacks the quality of the previous vintages.

What I like on this wine is the smoke and coffee and chocolate element, which at the first sniff is stronger than the fruit, than it nicely integrates. On blind I would not guess new world, rather some mid Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux from hot vintage.
