This AOC Chablis confirms the trend of 2011 tasted in June 2013 and 2010 tasted in April 2013, which shows more flowery nose and less sharp austere profile in the mouth. Reminds me a lot Mikulov mineral Chardonnay.

Bouquet: expressive, orange, lime, hint of herbs and minerality
Taste: Medium body, lime, oranges, quite high crunchy acidity so typical for 2010 vintage is nicely balanced by light residual sugar making the profile nicely balanced and interesting, longer finish
Recommended food pairing: Baked chicken with lemons and thyme
