Tesco Finest Stellenbosch Shiraz 2008

Very nice Shiraz, spice, elegant, not as jammy as Australian or South American. Tasting notes and scoring is the same as in January 2014.

Stopper: screw cap
Refreshing zesty, mineral style of Riesling. Very nicely drinkable and and excellent for hot summer due to its refreshing and vibrant acidity despite hot 2011 vintage. For comparison check the Riesling from the same producer, same vintage, same vineyard, but different sugar level in the grapes at harvest tasted in May 2013.

Very nice riesling considering its 9 years of age, it is perfectly drinkable with no oxidative tones at all.
Last time it was tasted on September 27, 2011, where you can find the pictures of the bottle.

Already oxidated, similar to other white wines from Jedlicka & NOvak sealed under the plastic cork there are oxidative tones.
