Víno Mikulov Sauvignon 2009 pozdní sběr
Variety: 100% Sauvignon blanc
Country of origin: Czech Republic
Wine appellation: Moravia, Mikulov sub appellation, Pavlov village, Sahara vineyard
Vintage: 2009
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Color: pale yellow
Bouquet: ripe elderberry fruit, touch of tropical tones like maracuja accompanied by excellent minerality and smell of dry hei
Taste: medium to full body, quite oily, ripe gooseberry with white grapefruit sweet dry skin, good minerality, medium finish

Stopper: plastic cork
Fuller style of SB. It opened even better after one day being preserved under vacuum. I quite like the minerality character in it coming from the Palava.
