Bouquet: Very expressive, concentrated dried fruits especially dried lemon peel, honey, some walnut and minerality. Some aged bottle nose as well.
Taste: Medium body, very mineral with good length. Candied lemon and orange providing zestiness even with matured acidity. Lovely balance. A great example of properly aged Welsh Riesling.

I quite like Welsh Riesling, especially from Mikulov area and this is a good example of very nicely drinkable balanced and properly aged WR.
