Taste: full body, huge fruit dominat is blackberries followed by black currant, very round, some pepper, still young tannins, medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: juicy medium rare steak

Wine made for Tesco by St. Hallett wines and Toby Barlow winemaker is very good value/price ratio for new world wine drinkers. Still young to me, but I will get few more bottles to see the ageing potential. what is the pity being in Tanunda we missed the winery completely :-)
Actually, you found a Czech article in a wine magazine which mentioned St Hallet. I did not know about it before, hence it fell off our list of wineries while in Tanunda!
