Excellent wine, very complex and playful at the same time. Very good example of how orange wine should be made. Comes from Biodynamic winery, natural yeasts, fermented for 4 (!) months in conic vessel, zero use of sulfur, unfiltered. wanted to explore how the wine opens next day, but it drunk so fast that the bottle finished rather quickly.
