I was thinking what to open to accompany the pork schnitzel for my lunch and this was perfect choice. The wine is amazingly fresh considering it is 2009 vintage and will for sure improve over 5 years. I really like the nose as it combines, fruit, white flowers, which is typical for younger wines with hint of herby character that you can find in the older Welsh Rieslings from Mikulov appellation. It does not reach the concentration it has in the nose also in the taste despite the grapes were very ripe when harvested (selection of berries), but this is perfectly mitigated by nice lingering finish. I tasted the wine in October 2011, so you can check the notes and picture of the bottle there.
