We did not like a lot the Michel Torino SB tasted previously so I opened the bottle of this SB, which I remember from tasting my first of the two bottles in September 2012 was quite nice. It is from cold 2010 vintage, which was horrible year for Moravian winemakers due to extremely small yields and difficult weather, but white wines ended up very nice and especially Sauvignons. This bottle is confirmation of the previous statement, although it is classified as off dry, it feels very dry due to very high acidity, which is just softened by hint of residual sugar.
