This was something very interesting to me I found the wine that i tasted in November 2009 and April 2011. What is more surprising is that although the vintage is the same the bottle looks different, the cork is high quality and single piece (in previous bottles it was cork from pieces with single disks at the ends . The difference is that this bottle is exported to UK market, and previous bottles were for Germany. After opening I had to decant it and separate almost half glass of sediment. The wine is well aged and keeps quite good considering its age, this was a bit surprise and very different from reading previous tasting notes.
They really used quality cork in 2002? Amazing, although I can't imagine they expected that anyone would be drinking this 10+ years later!
