This one we had very good debate as two of us (including me) claimed part some part of the oak ageing and the other two not. We checked on the web and 35% was barrel aged:-). somehow none can fool me:-). It was very nice and definitely food wine, good combination of minerality and oak, which could be mistaken with best Burgundy. Clearly the best Chablis of the day.
