I searched for this wine to accompany our dish (stated in the recommendation) and it was stunning choice. The wine is off dry and it went well with the food. It is very concentrated, excellent straw towards golden shiny color and mainly the taste reminding dry pineapples with their tangent acidity. Unfortunately I had only one bottle of this wine:(

I was really curious for this rose when i saw it at M&S. I normally do not like new world rose as the alcohol typically kills the wine. But this time I saw on the label 11.5% and was really curries to taste the unusual combination of cab sauv with pinot noir, both my favorite varieties. I was positively surprised, the wine is very nice fruity, dry and light to medium bodied with dominant black current tones in the nose and taste followed by cherries in the taste. It is quite nice rose from Australia.
Vinařství Roman Zapletal Valtice Muškát Moravský 2008
This wine was tasted here in February. This time I did not have it bz itself but with green curry and the combination was excellent. Very refreshing type of Muscat with nice acidity suited excellently the curry. I would rate it this time 81.
