I was afraid when opening the bottle it would be gone, but we were positively surprised. the wine had excellent bottle age with still nice acidity and amazing tannins.

Huge fruity cassis style Cab Sauv with black chocolate. It has very good potential for further ageing over at least 5 years. To assess the potential check my notes from tasting of 03 vintage this March.

One of the best valued Spanish wines tasted recently, excellent wood element is nicely combined with fruit. I wold say the bottle is peaking at this time, and as it was my last one that was very good:-). For development see my taasting notes from one year ago.

Taste: medium body, honey infused with herbs and lemon crust, good acidity and bottle tones nicely balances high residual sugar so as the wine feels very concentrated and not only sweet, medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: on its own, or mango based dessert
Overall score: 4+8+12+7+7+50=88

Complex, structured and layered sweet style of Sauvignon Blanc, nice honey combined with herbs both i the nose and taste. Perfect finish for Xmas dinner before sweet port.

Riesling which balances very high acidity with residual sugar. The acidity is still very high though and I would recommend to age it for at least 3 more years to settle down.

Comparing it to 2006 vintage tasted recently, this one is more adult and nicely structured with very nice toasted aromas and coffee tones. Alcohol this time is perfectly integrated. Excellent bottle maturity. Man style of Cab Sauv (Lenka still prefers Californian sweet tannins ;-)).

Rounder and sweeter style of Riesling. Very young with very good good potential though and it will improve over 2 - 4 years.

Animal, earthy style of Pinot Noir, amazing bottle maturity with still nice acidity. The most expensive out of the 6 Pinot tasted and the best:-). Check the pale color (second from left), especially comparing to Jedlicka dark color (first from left).

Tasted previously in March 2013September 2010  and March 2010 this bottle confirmed the quality it ended sharing 2nd and 3rd place with Jedlička. On the picture it is the third bottle from right.

Looking back at my notes I tasted the same wine in October 2011. Now it is more matured and towards canned fruit, I would say its starting to decline. It ended up on 4th place. On the picture it is the second bottle from right.
