Bouquet: expressive, big fruit, black currant, overripe black cherries, hint of spices and touch of vanilla
Taste: medium to full body, similar to nose dominat fruit is black currant with black ripe cherries accompanied by black chocolate, good round mid profile, still slightly young tannins, longer finish
Recommended food pairing: T-bone steak
Overall score: 4+7+12+7+7=87

Stopper: single piece cork
Huge fruity cassis style Cab Sauv with black chocolate. It has very good potential for further ageing over at least 5 years. To assess the potential check my notes from tasting of 03 vintage this March.
