Good example how you can do some good Cab Sauv in Moravia, it is still on fruitier side, but with good tannins and ability to age for another 5 years. At this point it still feels slightly young and harsher than optimum.

3rd bottle of this wine tasted. The wine developed quite a lot from my last tasting in February 2014, where I made a reference to October 2013 tasting. It is more integrated, lees are almost not visible at this point and there is more bottle maturity, however it is also less fresh at the same time, so my last bottle will be drank soon.

Considering the age the wine is amazingly zesty and fresh, which I would say it is due to screw cap closure. It still has at least 3 years to go. Very nice minerality and lime crunchy acidity would make it ideal for oysters.
