Alcohol content: 12.5%
Color: light garnet with watery meniscus
Bouquet: very gentle, forest strawberries, cranberries
Taste: medium body, similar to nose it is quite gentle pinot in taste, wild cherries, forest wild strawberries, cranberries, it is a pity that the wine was not matured in oak, which would add further complexity, medium finish
Recommended food pairing: pork
Overall score: 4+8+12+5+6=85
Price: CZK 360
Stopper: single piece cork
Looking back at my notes from July 2012 the wine aged very well and it is better than 1.5 year ago. It still has 3-5 years ahead.
