Stopper: plastic cork
Clearly behind its zenith, most likely caused by this horrible plastic cork, which is based on my experience the worst sealer in the world to be used as it allows much higher amount of oxygen than the real cork and screw top.

    So I see it was a Chard tasting. Pity about the plastic corks. Luckily no one uses them anymore... or do they?

    yes, they do still here, it is nor screw cap country like Australia:)
