Vertical degustation of Cave de Beblenheim - Riesling 2012

Taste: medium body, lower acidity, rounder profile, minerality, apricot supported by hint of lime ,medium to longer finish

It was very interesting to compare it to 2010 vintage tasted at the same time, 2012 is not that complex, rather fruit driven Riesling. What is not typical for Alsace is the Apricot hint in both the nose and taste profile.
