Taste: light to medium body, citrus style, lime, lemon, carambola, pleasanr acidity nicely balanced by light residual sugar,  medium finish
Recommended food pairing: hot and spicy dishes
Overall score: 4+6+10+5+6=81

Stopper:  cork
Very different to 2011 vintage tasted in August 2014. This vintage despite having higher residual sugar is nicely balanced by higher acidity and some freshness.  What I do not like is the slughtly faulty nose of the yeasts.
