7th bottle of this wine tasted. Looking at my previous tasting notes the wine grew to its perfection. Superb minerality style, zero oxidative tones (the cork is soaked 1mm only!). This bottle is proof that Welsh Riesling needs its time and the best terroir is Mikulov, anywhere else the variety is rather mediocre. Why to grow other varieties than Welsh Riesling and Palava there, isn't waste of the potential of the the land? For labels please refer to my tasting notes from last year.
