When organizing my cellar i found 6 bottles of the wines i used to taste previously 12 bottles. Was really interested if still drinkable and was shocked how fresh the wine tastes. On blind would never guess 07 vintage. True is that upon unscrewing there is like a pop element when the seal inside the screw cap is almost sticking to the bottle, which I do not experience in CZ wines under screw cap. Check the previous tastings.
