Somehow, we have been very lucky recently with all the Habanske sklepy bottles we opened. This pinot gris comes from the absolutely stunning 2005 year, and it already shows nice bottle tones. Deep golden color but still very fruity on the nose and very nice round taste. This wine is more food-style wine, it would easily go not only to cheese but also to pork.
