Very nice fresh style of Sauvignon Blanc with gentle alcohol and nice lime flavor level makes it very refreshing , rather more similar to northern states than to Australia SB.

  1. I'm not sure there is a standard Australian version for this variety. Also, it's the fashion here to look down on SB as they latest trend for the masses while "real" wine drinkers follow the Riesling trend. A good podcast and example:
