Alcohol content: 11.5%
Residual sugar: 30.8 g/l
Acidity: 8.7 g/l
Color: light yellow
Bouquet: tones of ripe peach with hint of black currant leaves
Taste: light to medium body, notable sweetness from the  residual sugar very lightly balanced by lime and grapefruit tones, medium finish
Recommended food pairing: difficult to say, to light to tackle anything strong, maybe fruits
Overall score:  80
Price: CZK 250
Stopper: plastic cork
Personally I am not big fan of SB with the residual sugar, especially if they are so young like this one and cannot offer more complexity similar to straw wines or at least selection of berries. This one is just OK, not big fan of it, would not dare to store it as there is something missing in it. Definitely not worth the price
