Color: garnet red with brown meniscus
Bouquet: coffee, canned cherries, earthiness
Taste: medium body, canned strawberries and canned cherries in the front of the mouth, still good tannins considering the age, very dry,good structured acidity hold the wine considering the vintage, medium finish
Recommended food pairing: venison

It is very interesting if you compare the tasting notes of the same wine with the ones from almost exactly one year ago, the wine developed significantly since then. It is more matured with fruits more in preserved  or canned form. It is amazing that the wine has still loads of tannins, not unpleasant, but drying your mouth feel with good acidity at the end, it is just something unusual and kind of wine not everyone would love it, but I do.
