Bouquet: one hour after opening it was very animal with pigs sty being dominent and secondary blackberries and earth, after additional hour returning to this bottle all animal tones were gone and dominant were black sour cherries
Taste: medium to full body,  black sour cherries, blacberries, slightly higher and younger tannins, medium finish
Recommended food pairing:  beef stew
Overall score: 88 2 hours after openning, 86 after 3 hours and half bottle full

Stopper: cork
This wine was better when we started to drink it, when we returned to remaining half of the bottle the wine dropped significantly in the nose and also in the persistency.
