Excellent wine. This bottle is from the flagship row of Nové Vinařství, where all the wines are blend of different varieties. The winery started with 2005 vintage and won almost everything they could in UK, later on they added single varieties row CEPAGE under CZK 200 per bottle, which you can find on my blog as well. I very much like the minerality, freshness and acidity in this wine. Once again it was proved on this bottle that the screw cap is simply the best stopper for white wines, the bottle shows zero oxidation and no bottle tones at all. Part of the wine resembles a bit of Chablis with more tropical fruit added:-)
