Pinot where the wood is quite visible despite being 7 years old. It is quite dry and more woody than pure fruit. I liked it, but majority of people prefered Secano Pinot. I am however not sure about future ageing as the fruit is already in transforme canned form and there is visible proper botlle maturity right now.
