The wine needs at least 2 hours to open up, initially very restrained and I'd say quite green pepper in the nose is very dominant. Later in the nose opens up with the sour cherries, chocolate and hint of smoke also to pop out. Surgically very precise Carmenere with good portion of oak barrel.
