I used to have the whole case of this wine in my cellar before I even started to write this blog. I remember the wine when younger and it was stunning. I was quite interested on the development of this wine due to 10 years of bottle age. Quite high sugar is nicely balanced by quite high acidity (due to very cold 2004 vintage) and high alcohol. The wine is however slightly going down due to less herby and more overripe and even too much overripe fruit.
