Having from the same Opulent row Zweigelt, which was stunning I have had higher expectation than the actual result from the tasting, Not bad wine for sure, but it misses the something and also the finish is not great either. What is nice is the lees character both in the nose and taste.

Another lost treasure from my cellar. This wine needed its time after opening to shown up, initailly quite closed, after 24 hours under vacuum opened up. Also initially used Riesling glass was not very good for the wine, Montrachet glass prooved to be much better for the nose despite the wine being unoaked.

This is very drinkable Chardonnay, amazing value, properly done lightly oaked chardonnay, it woul beat majority of the Moravian barrel aged Chardonnays on blind tasting. Probably would not age very well, but if you want some decent Chard to accompany your salmon there we go.
