Chateau Valtice Neuburské 2007 pozdní sběr

Taste: medium body, similar to taste there are notes of ripe fresh apple supported by lime acidity and nice meadow honey in the mid palate, very drinkable, medium finish

Stopper: cork
Excellent Neuburger in the peak conditions. It has very good body, round structure, honey tones and lovely lime acidity. It is extremely good drinkable, somehow the glass is always empty.

As this was not so complex when tasted more than one and half year ago here (you can refer there for picture of the bottle), it did not really develop in the bottle as Welsh Riesling can do very nicely.

Celler de Montsec Castells d'Artesa 2003 DO

Nicely aged Spanish red with dominant coffee tones.

MVZ Herbarium Moravicum Rulandské bíle 2009 pozdní sběr

Rounder and slightly sweeter style of PN. It would probably be better in 1 year as it does not have the proper structure yet.

Herbarium Moravicum Ryzlink Vlašský 2006 pozdní sběr (Mikulov, lot: 310701001)

Variety: 100% Welsh Riesling
Country of origin: Czech Republic
Wine appellation: Moravia, Mikulov sub-apellation
Vintage: 2010

Color: light yellow
Bouquet: minerality, touch of herbs, lime
Taste: medium body, similar to taste there is strong minerality accompanied by crispy lime acidity, medium body

Not yet as developed as 2006 vintage tasted here. Surprising to hot 2009 vintage it has nice lime acidity, which would keep it alive for another 3 years easily.

Herbarium Moravicum Sauvignon Blanc 2010 pozdní sběr (Znojmo, lot: 0509110044)

Bouquet: nice very nettle and grassy tones supported by lime
Taste: medium body, dominant not overripe gooseberry with very nice lime crispy acidity accompanied by slight residual sugar, which balances the acidity, medium body

Comparing to 2009 vintage tasted here this one is completely different, it is from different appellation, it has has more lively acidity and the nose is quite nice and grassy.

Bouquet: white flowers, white peach, touch of gooseberry
Taste: medium body, not as good as in the nose, main character is the white currant, white grapefruit, medium body
Recommended food pairing: fish

More peach style of SB in the nose, than usual for Moravia, slightly less structured in the taste
