Recommended food pairing: Camembert cheese
Overall score: 85

Definitely nice example of CS, nicely aged with round sweet tannins and chocolate and coffee tones in it. I had it about 1 year ago and it nicely integrated and softened. Have two cases of this vintage in the cellar, cool!
