Vintage: 2006
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Color: medium yellow
Bouquet: very retrained, dry pear  with a touch of coconut
Taste: medium to full body, good  minerality, tropical fruit, good acidity, lime, pineapple and nice but soft and gentle oak which just support that, longer finish
Recommended food pairing: on its own
Overall score: 87

Nice Chard. Quite closed in the nose, but gentle in the mouth, good minerality and structure, probably it needed more than one hour of airing.
