Bouquet: very complex, dry raisins, dark chocolate, Christmas seasoning, cinnamon, clove, gentle structure
Taste: medium bodied, Christmas cake flavor, considering the age it shows very nice tannins and structure supported by underlying chocolate that nicely layers the tongue, very delicate, gentle, medium finish
Recommended food pairing: jamon serrano
Overall score: 87
Price: CZK 180 in 2007
Stopper: cork
Perfect example of the gentle complexity of well aged European style of wine said my fried from Australia.
