This tempranillo was cold-soaked in a stainless steel vat for five days to increase colour and tannin extraction, and then inoculated with yeast, finishing ferment 10 days after. It has been matured in 1/3 new and the balance older oak barriques for 13 months, coarse filtered and bottled. It is actually quite nicely done with good fruit, acidity and tannins.
