Bouquet: expressive, red berry fruits, cherries with beef broth and coffee undertones

Recommended food pairing: roast beef
Overall score: 87
Price: AUD 13

Funny on this wine is that it does not taste Aussie rather European and has gentle tannis with structured layered acidity, not like fruit bomb Shiraz, which explodes in your mouth and quickly decides to retreat after the first fruit damage is made. Luckily Australiens did not discovered this wine yet, so it gets discounted although having double gold from San Franscisco:)
