Formerly CdNimes belonged to Languedoc, later on (2004) due to Rhone varietal used and much more resemblance to Rhone than to Languedoc it was based on the winemakers request adjoined to Rhone.
What is strange that there is almost no nose, I waited 3 hours to check the difference and there was only slight, not a big difference [in brackets]. But the wine is very drinkable with the alcohol level being perfectly integrated in the wine and having nice round character combining fruit and wood.
Did you manage to keep some for the next day to see if it opened after many hours?
ReplyDeleteyes I did, but it stayed pretty much the same
