Vinification
Hand selection prior and post-destemming. And, depending on the variety: Pre-fermentive maceration for 6 to 8 days at 6ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 to 17 days at 27ºC to 30°C. Post ferment maceration for up to 15 days. Run off and then malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Ageing
Aged in new French oak barrels for 13 months.
Very very nice blend. It has very powerful body, it is nicely round, and it has extremely long finish:)
