Taste: medium to full body, small sour cherries in alcohol, vanilla, coffee, spices, gentle tannis supported by stil good acidity considering its age, medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: chocolate

Stopper: plastic cork
Good and properly aged Merlot from 1300m in Mendoza and aged 8 months in French oak. It is not as sweet as the Chilean Merlot tasted recently and has more coffee and oak in it with good acidity.
