Bouquet:expressive, herby aromas followed by orange peel and spiciness
Taste: medium body, citrusy, lime and orange accompanied by slight biscuit or yeasty tones, feel zesty and lightly sparkling like young wine, although it is not sparkling at all,  medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: matured cheese
Overall score: 4+8+12+6+6=86
