Following my favorite bottle of this summer 2007 vintage tasted 5 times here, I found 2005 in the cellar and I was really interested to check whether it is OK and it was very interesting! The wine is not oxidated at all (I opened oxidated bottle of different Sauvignon from NZ just 15 minutes ago:)) and rather show very nice gooseberry and herby aromas. It is not as fresh as 2007 vintage, but this shows that the wine does age even under screw cap, even though the ageing is slower.
