Bouquet: expressive, minerality, honey, orange peel, spicines, herbs, feels oily(do not know how to described it better)
Taste: medium to full body, very mineral, dry orange peel, spiciness, round, but it does not taste sweet as the nose might be suggesting, medium to nicely longer lingering finish
Recommended food pairing: cheese cake
Overall score: 4+8+12+6+7=85

Stopper; cork
Very nice properly aged PG with lots of minerality and herbs.
