Chateau Valtice Chardonnay 2006 výběr z hroznů

This is really stunning Chardonnay. we finished it so quickly that we were so surprised the bottle is gone! Check my notes from March 2013 and July 2012. The scoring is 4+8+13+6+7+50=88 and the notes are almost similar to my previous tasting. Nose is very fresh tropical fruit, not overripe with th hint of honey and minerality. Taste is very clean , again tropical fruit, pineapple, honey, lime, excellent minerality, good acidity balanced by hint of residual sugar creating honey like profile, but still very fresh, all this with very good bottle maturity to show the proper potential of Chardonnay for ageing if done well with good acidity.
