Taste: medium body, minerality, very good acidity considering hot 2009 vintage, similar to nose there is visible mineral profile with lemon peel and white grapefruit tones at the end of the taste, medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: roasted chicken with vegetables and lemon
Overall score: 4+8+12+6+6+50=86

If you compare the wine to one from 2008 vintage from the same producer, but different vineyard tasted in July 2013 and in May 2013 this bottle is more mineral and fruity with more visible crunchy acidity, which I like more. Very nicely done Pinot Blanc indeed.
