The wine is packaged in very heavy bottle, raising the expectations quite higher than the content does actually prove. However, it is nice, slightly earthy, style of Cab Sauv, but nothing groundbreaking. I would say it needs time to age a bit in the bottle as well to fully develop. For interest check the Syrah 2007 and Merlot 2005 from the same winery tasted in 2010 and 2009 respectively.
