Bought ages ago in South Africa I really was wondering about the state of the wine, which is 12 years old and to my surprise the wine is in perfect conditions, not oxidated at all with fruit transformed to jammed tones accompanied by nice spices and coffee tones supported by hint of vanilla. I checked and 2002 vintage was quite cool allowing very slow ripening of grapes.
