Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis 2010 AOC

Variety: Chardonnay
Country of origin: France
Wine appellation: Chablis
Vintage: 2010
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Color: light yellow
Bouquet: different from the previous sample, there is more fruit in the nose and less minerality, dominant is green apple (golden delicius), followed by hint of almost white flowers and lime
Taste: medium body, similar to nose this is rounder style of Chablis, green apple, feels even slightly sweeter (it is dry, but probably not really bone bone dry), medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: fish
Overall score: 4+8+12+6+7+50=87
Price: CZK 559
Stopper: cork (pressed from very small almost sand pieces)
Very different sample from the previous. It is more flowery and fruity in the nose, Majority people would probably prefer it when compared to Jean-Paul & Benoit Droin Chablis 2009 AOC, but I liked Jean Paul  more due to steel sharp minerality and huge austerity. This on blind tasting could not be properly identified as Chablis.
